He’s yet to trust.
The way I try
To have a comeback
Is to step carefully aside
From his sprawling Lego track.
And say: “Well, son…
Life’s infinitely more fun…
When we take a leap
Into whatever will come.”
“What happens if...
Is a good question my lark
But sometimes you need to
Believe despite the dark.
For when you do
You might be surprised
God will meet you there
Then you’ll never ask twice!”
